Phone calls, texts and emails will be answered within 24 hours. However, office telephone number and email are not to be utilized for crisis.

CLINICAL/MEDICATION QUESTIONS

Feel free to email any questions or concerns, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

However, we do not prescribe medication nor communicate in extended conversations about clinical issues outside of a scheduled video visit.

This policy ensures we are able to devote adequate time discussing your important health concerns without interruption or compromising the quality of your care.

MEDICATION REFILLS

Please, always first inquire at your pharmacy confirming earliest date the medication can be dispensed again.

All new prescriptions, refills and medication adjustments require an appointment so that we may provide you with excellent care by evaluating your symptoms and fully discuss any concerns or questions.

If a controlled medication (stimulants, insomnia sedatives, benzodiazepines) is lost prior to the end of the month long prescription, the medication will NOT be replaced unless in rare scenarios it is determined by the medical provider appropriate to do so.

An alternative non-controlled medication may be required. Such a prescription will require scheduling an appointment to discuss the best possible alternative. If there is no available appointment soon enough to treat symptoms, then another medical provider would have to be consulted. For further information, please email requests.
